EProxies services are available exclusively for use in regions outside Mainland China. You agree not to use our services within Mainland China or any other jurisdiction where their use is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this restriction.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

EProxies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
