3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom enterprise plans, setup fees, and usage beyond the 20% threshold are non-refundable. Trial accounts that have been upgraded are subject to the standard refund policy from the upgrade date.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded in USDT equivalent at the current exchange rate.
