2. Pick a payment method at checkout; coupons are supported.
3. **Credentials activate as soon as payment is confirmed** and appear in the dashboard within seconds.

Unlimited Residential and SOCKS5 plans are arranged via [Telegram](https://t.me/eproxies) rather than online checkout.

## Billing rules

* **Residential Proxies** are billed by traffic (GB); unused traffic remains available within the plan's validity period, and topping up after running out keeps the same credentials.
* **Upgrades** can be done in the dashboard any time — pay only the difference, effective immediately. **Downgrades** take effect at the next billing cycle.
* Enterprise customers can contact sales for volume discounts, SLA guarantees, and a dedicated account manager.

## Refund policy

* Refunds are available within **3 days** of purchase if **less than 20%** of the plan's resources have been used.
* To apply: email `support@eproxies.io` with your **order number** and the reason; review takes 3–5 business days.
* Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; crypto payments are refunded in USDT at the current exchange rate.
* Not refundable: custom enterprise plans, activation/setup fees, and orders with more than 20% usage.
* For trial accounts upgraded to paid, the policy applies from the upgrade date.

## FAQ

**How long until my payment is credited?**
Cryptocurrency depends on on-chain confirmation (BTC roughly 10–30 minutes, TRX/TRC20 typically a few minutes); Alipay and credit cards confirm in real time. The plan activates as soon as payment is confirmed.

**How do I get an invoice?**
Email `support@eproxies.io` with your order number.

**Payment made but the order has not arrived?**
Check the order status on the dashboard's Orders page. If the payment platform shows success but the order is not active, send the order number to support on [Telegram](https://t.me/eproxies).
